Motorcycle Sales Associates – Full Time

Description
We are taking applications for experienced motor sports sales people. Must be knowledgeable of the sales process, customer service, product knowledge, self driven and out going. We offer a aggressive commission and bonus program to qualified individual. Primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs, exceeding their expectations, and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience. Must have a current California Vehicle sales person license or the ability to obtain one once a job offer is made.
Qualifications

PERSONAL SKILLS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
LANGUAGE SKILLS. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to calculate a discount % amount. Ability to perform these operations using units of American currency.
REASONING ABILITY. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
