As soon as I walked into the cycle center I was greeted by 2 associates, as I was checking out the bikes members of the store walked past me nodding like the signature motorcycle hand greeting. Immediately making me feel like this wasn't your typical dealership. All the associates were attentive and welcomed questions I had regarding gear. Tim a very straight shooter and extremely knowledgeable about motorcycles help us out. I was pleasantly surprised at how forward and honest he was about pricing. You don't get that from a lot of other dealerships. Ended up taking the motorcycle home the same day and Tim even stayed past closing to ensure I got my motorcycle the same day. Honorable mention to Mike who substituted for the financial side of the deal, he also stayed past closing to ensure all documents were accounted for and everything was in order. Couple of honest riders whom I hope to be seeing on the road. Thank you guys for being awesome.

I just moved to the area and needed to get some minor work done on my 2008 R6. ECC is not specifically a Yamaha service center, however my service manager went out of his way to figure out exactly which part they needed to complete the service. They had the oil changed, gaskets cleaned and chain adjusted and lubed in less than an hour. I had mentioned that if they could clean it up a little that'd be great, and their answer was to give it a full detail cleaning for little more than a tip. Absolutely outstanding service, incredibly friendly staff, awesome pricing. I'll be coming here for all my future service needs.

Escondido Cycle Center has been maintaining my 2001 Goldwing and my 1995 Vulcan 1500 V-Twin (Model A) for many years, always doing an excellent job. But this time I'm motivated to write a testimonial. Herm Kresser quickly and accurately diagnosed my Vulcan problem (popping on deceleration) as due to rear carb idle port blockage and was able to fix it without removing the entire dual carb assembly. Herm taught me a lot about both bikes while I was at the shop - what an expert!

I went to ECC to get an oil and filter change on my Goldwing. In my conversation with Jimmy, I mentioned that me and my wife were travelling from Toronto, Ontario, and wanted to leave our bike in storage for 4 months, and Jimmy said "We offer storage too", so the bike was stored there. Several days later, back in Toronto, I received a call from Herm from the ECC service Team, to inform that during the service work on my bike, he found some issues that should be corrected. He took the time to explain in a very detailed way all of them. I was impressed. It was like he had been working on my bike for days to get such a deep revision. I gave him the authorization to proceed. Two weeks ago, we flew back to San Diego to proceed our travel to Vancouver, Canada. The motorcycle was ready, in perfect condition and we are now in Vancouver. I forgot to bring two nylon straps used to attach our bag to the trunk rack an Jimmy gave me two of his own, no charge!. Thanks a lot Herm and Jimmy. I really appreciate your good work.

This place and these people are amazing. Has such an excellent experience, especially with AJ in the Finance Dept. He made it happen for us, not just the finance part, but he spent days locating the exact Can Am we wanted. It came in a crate and we bought it sight unseen! ECC put it together, even having a bit of custom work done on it for us. Really- a truly great group of people to work with and a sales and service department that get the job done. 5 star!

When I bought a used motorcycle I knew it needed some repairs, but I didn't know much on my Suzuki SV650s at the time. When I took it to the E.C.C. they were very professional about asking proper questions to better help me explain my problems with the bike, and help teach me a few things about keeping it in its best performance. I've been to the Montiel Road location many times now, and I have been helped by many people, including Matt, Dan, Danny, Josh, Dan, Herm, Kendal, and even the boss guy James. Each time I've been there and helped by one of these people, they have always delivered a solution to my problems that wouldn't take alot of time out of my day, was affordable, and always topped with a piece of sound advice before I would leave. I took my SeaDoo in because it was over heating, I sure was worried and did not know what to expect when the diognostics came back. The service dept checked everything out and said it was the radiatior cap, WOW!! As a long time customer of Escondido Cycle Center I am compelled to write this letter to you. Over the years of dealing with ECC I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. All of my many transactions have gone smoothly and professionally. The sales staff and managers have always gone the extra mile to ensure that all of my transactions go as expected. This time you guys raised the bar even higher. On June 13th, I purchased a new 2008 Honda Goldwing. Jim Hawkins handled this transaction along with Mike Peetz. I can't describe the effort that was put forth by Jim Hawkins to make this deal what I wanted. I'm not sure what exactly was done behind the scenes, but Mr. Hawkins went above and beyond the call of duty to assure this transaction was completed to my liking. The financing was an issue (percentage rate), and without trying to talk me into something I didn't want, or settle with Honda's offer, Jim Hawkins said to give him a day or two to see if he could do better with the financing. To my surprise, Jim called me the next morning with the news to come pick up my new bike, at my terms. Wow, no arguing, no BS, he simply took care of a long time customer. ECC is an awesome place and service. My best experiance were that Sales staff does not harrass you. I went to another North County Cycle dealership before here because my friend took me there. The Sales person there was not friendly and did not cater his time into helping me find the best deal/bike suit me. Instead he CONSTANTLY asked me "Let's run some numbers" before he would further assist me. Anyhow, when I came to ECC, I met my sales rep. He did not harrass me by any means, but was there to answer what ever question I had and helped me comparing different bikes. Never ONCE told me to run a credit apps until I decided to do so to further the process. I've been buying virtually everything at ECC, service guys are great, same with parts. Thank ECC

Sales staff are professional, courteous with no pressure and answered all my questions. I went to two other motorcycle dealer where I was looking around at the bikes and a member of there sales staff walked up to me and stated are you going to buy something or what. Yea good luck with that and good luck finding any help at all at the other one, I could have walked out of the dealership with a bike and they wouldnt have noticed and great location as well yea right. Not only did I get one hell of a deal at ECC but the service dept and sales staff were very nice.

I bought a 2010 Honda Fury from Scott at ECC after going to a local motorsports center here in Riverside County, and without hesitation I was greeted by almost everyone, deals were beaten, and I felt assured, happy, secure, and exceptionally content with my experience. i bought a 2004 GSXr-600 from you guys about three months ago and it is perfect. i got the low jack system put in it from you guys with the bike.
